We shall explain to you in outline the steps which will be involved from the initial stages of submitting or receiving a formal offer to adjusting and concluding the formal missives of purchase and sale examining titles, property and personal searches, local authority property enquiry reports and ultimately completing the transaction on the date when you move into your new home. Thereafter, of course, we shall deal with all the necessary stamping of the disposition in your favour, registration of your title and any loan documentation and generally ensuring that all the necessary procedures have been complied with on your behalf.
