DESCRIPTION: This delightful, fully equipped holiday lodge enjoys a scenic situation within a mature woodland. The accommodation is easily maintained and from the front door opens into a hall which gives access to the living room/kitchen and shower room. The shower room is fitted with a white suite of wc, wash hand basin and free standing shower cubicle. There is ample storage space within the shower room. The living room/kitchen is a bright room with windows and patio doors out to a decked veranda. The kitchen area is fitted with a good range of wall mounted and floor units with space for an electric free standing cooker and fridge freezer. The worktops incorporate a stainless steel sink. The living room has a free standing electric fireplace set on a marble effect hearth. Both accessed from the living room, there are two double bedrooms one set to the front and one set to the rear. They both have the benefit of fitted wardrobes.

OUTSIDE: The decked veranda leads off the living room and provides an extra outside space and enjoys a south east facing outlook. There is an attractive fully enclosed garden which is laid to lawn. Woodland surrounds the garden and there is a path leading down to the riverside walks and on to the village. There are two storage sheds to the rear. Parking is available close by via a car park. The property is owned outright along with a share in common to the four and a half acres of woodland grounds the annual maintenance charge for grass cutting and general upkeep is in the region of 200 per annum.
